Need advice after prostap injection

Hi, for many months now I have been bleeding, my gynaecologist has been trying different things that have not helped. Last week I was taken in and needed blood transfusion, before leaving I received the prostap 3 month injection, has anyone else experienced intense pain that regular pain meds don’t work? my ovaries are throbbing with back pain! Your comments are really appreciated ❤️
