No period 7 days after norethisterone?? Please read

I know this is gonna sound confusing but here goes... I had 2 norethisterone left after using them before, I was due on wednesday 23rd of January just gone but last Sunday the 20th I started spotting red blood in the morning, I assumed this was my period coming early and I was going out that night so took the 2 norethisterone that I had left and it seemed to stop by the next day (monday) but since then ive not started my period at all no spotting or nothing, I've had sore boobs and period pains and I've had diarrhea this week, I didn't think only taking 2 of them tablets would affect my period this much ? I've taken it before and I've always came on 3 days after my last tablet? I don't know what's going on, I'm not on any contraception as we would like a baby but because I spotted red last weekend I assume im defo not pregnant Im worried incase somethings wrong with me? Anyone got any advice or experience on these tablets? Sorry for the long essay!!

I looked it up and one of the “rare side effects” is “absence of period”....(among many other side effects, some sound like what you described)... hormonal stuff is so subtle, insidious and tricky. You can’t assume a thing until you see a doctor. These synthetic hormones are dangerous, try to go the natural route if possible... 💕
