I am on Lemtrada for my MS and am looking for a new Endocrinologist to follow me for my PCOS and Thyroid levels especially. The Lemtrada can have massive effects on the thyroid glad and am in need of treatment. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi just wanted to mention gluten ravages thyroid so cut all wheat from your diet. You can take a thyroid support supplement for women, I do. I had pcos too but seems to be gone now after I started BHRT bio identical hormone replacement therapy which I highly recommend. A compounding pharmacy can help you find a doctor who can test you and prescribe it, just FYI. Best of luck to you. Don’t know how Lemtrada reacts to any of this. Seeking an endocrinologist is a very good idea since hormones affect everything and you really need someone who knows what they’re doing.
