Advice needed, post menopause at 37 with crippling pain and bleeding

Hi all,

I have a history of endometriosis, cysts and fibroids with 5/6 operations to ease the symptoms over the last 20 years. I am now post menopause and am still suffering almost constant bleeding and terrific pain even though taking transexamic acid, mefenamic acid and the pill.

Don't want to sound soooo depressing but really need to get my life back. I've no children but have accepted that there is only a small chance of this ever happening especially as don't have a husband/boyfriend and went through the menopause last year.

I just wondered whether anyone else has had a hysterectomy (partial/full) without having children and can share their experiences. I have tried most treatments now but without success.

Thank you :)
