It sounds like it could be perimenopause. I'm just watching a very useful summit at the moment. You can get free access for 7 days:

It sounds like it to me too. I had all of that but hit me at 50 but I've read perimenopause can start in your 30's in some women. Try a good Magnesium and Dr. Carolyn Dean has some great videos/info.

I’m getting similar symptoms I’m 37 and testing for these changes is really tricky and hard to diagnose so my dr told me.. I have to sleep with my window open all night. I’ve woken up in the night from

Sweating. My periods have gone absolutely horrendous. The last few cycles have been torture. My temper has increased I get vertigo and anxiety. When it is my period I could kill someone just for looking at me the wrong way. There needs to a law that allows women to be violent eat chocolate and cry all in one week and no consequences lol

Try acupuncture. I kid u not, I used to suffer from hot flushes at least 10 times day and night, I would wake up with drenched clothes. 4 weekly sessions later and no hot flushes, I am amazed and so glad i tried this approach rather than HRT.

I used to have acupuncture for my mental health problems as a child. I absolutely hated it and I tried it once again as I got older and I just couldn’t stand that flash of pain as it hits the pressure point.. but I do believe it is good for some people.. I didn’t feel any benefit as a child from it which was a shame as it cost quite a lot of money

Yes something is definitely going on with me but having thyroid related issues as well doesn't help but its like my body is out of whack atm, its scary as im waiting for specialist appt (general) to rule out anything else, the heart palps are the scariest for me.

We both have thyroid problems.. I’ve got autoimmune thyroiditis and bloody graves and yes I’ve got both antibodies as they were tested.. it’s got to be related.. I know when my thyroid goes underactive my periods everything is worse.. I’m 2 PST from being under active.. but when I was over active my periods lasted 3-4 days which I absolutely loved but I ended up really poorly in other ways

My TSH was abnormal when I went hyperthyroid all of my results were.. it might be that you need your meds lowering for a little bit. They should monitor you like they did me. I was allergic to all the thyroid blocking drugs and so they left me to crash on my own. 4 yrs ago that was.. and I’ve not got my fitness level back .. yet 😩 got a chronic fatigue appointment in Liverpool soon. Your thyroid does strange things to you .. it affects everything. You have my deepest sympathy because you even feel a bit crazy 😜

Palps are awful and scary.. I had that with hyperthyroidism I ended up on propanalol 40mg morning and evening.. oh god they make you feel dreadful .. I was shattered on them and going dizzy but I had to have them as my resting heart rate was 157 and my blood pressure went sky high.

Omg that is high, mine happens randomly throughout day, will just come on but doesn't last too long, had several ecg and wore a heart holter monitor which recorded highest 150 lowest 60, but apparently heart was within normal rythem?

I've been doing a lot of research and honestly feel like diet is a good place to start.

I have an underactive thyroid but had been on the pill up until a month or more ago when I ran out. I saw the Dr for a check as is the case. The order was not sent to my nominated pharmacy so chased it up. I am now awaiting the delivery of the pills and the result of the blood test as I have not had any period since running out of the tablets hence the blood test to see if I was perimenopausal. I feel like I am as I finding 5K an effort atm.
