Beginning again!

I restarted my diet again yesterday, and weighed myself. Was shocked to see 232.2lbs on the scales! I lost 4 stone last year but lost motivation. Now I am ready to begin again, this NHS choices diet seems ideal, a 12 week plan is not too daunting and can be used in the long term.

You're right - 12 weeks doesn't seem too daunting. I'm really happy as I've just finished week one and am 6.75lb lighter. Everyone on here is really helpful and encouraging which is a great help. Good luck to you :)
