Well done on losing 3lbs this week and hitting the 7lbs, would you like a badge? Try not to look at the bigger picture as it can be off putting. I'm like you have a way to go and I look at 7lbs at a time which are achievable goals, then the stones soon come off.
You should be pleased with yourself, you are forward planning with work days and keeping within your 1500 calories fantastic work.

What I have done is cook two meals for three people over the weekend however it was for 4 people, I have divided into four plates but saved the fourth plate and put it in a Tupperware box for my two college nights!
