Decided to start my diet again

I have ended up gaining back the weight I have lost and some more on top of it. Not very happy.

I have decided that I need to restart my diet again and really need to get my motivation back to lose weight and look my best on my wedding day

Good for you for taking positive steps to get back on track. Have you decided what you are going to do? Planning is key. Look at what you are eating and ask yourself what do you want to do differently. Make it realistic otherwise it will be a struggle. Good luck ☺

welcome back Sheryl1992 things have changed a bit on here since you last posted :) I have changed you badge to week1, sorry to hear you have put the weight back on but you have done it before so you know you can do it again

When is the big day?

Don't look at it as re-starting....more a plan of action for healthy eating for a healthy future. You are looking to establish new eating patterns for life, not just for the Big Day. We most of us have good weeks and bad weeks, depending on what life throws at us. Don't waste time chastising yourself; just praise yourself for those moments when you took control and refused that 2nd helping, or left half your chips, or said "no thanks" to a biscuit. Lots of little successes make for one big win! Just aim for more good weeks than bad ones, and you will get where you want to be.
