Can I remind you of the reply you had from moreless, 5 months ago?

There has been minimal variation in the weights you've posted recently and your posts seem to flit from one idea to another. I'll be blunt: you don't seem willing to set a course of action and stick to it. Random posts about a single meal or a request for a recipe or an intention to do more exercise aren't getting you anywhere.

The members who have most success have a plan and they stick to it, while it produces results: everyone has blips, but if you have a plan you're confident with and that is bearing results, you can get back to it after a blip. Make a decision about what approach you're going to take and then get on with it. If, after 6 weeks, you're not getting results, then try a different approach.

Switching around every few days and focussing on detail instead of the whole picture is getting you nowhere. People reply to your posts and offer suggestions and support but it's no use if you don't have a plan that you are willing to have a proper, consistent go at.

Good luck with it

Do you yo- yo diet ? Have a few treats ? You have been successful so how did you do that . I feel through your posts you know what to eat and what exercise suits you . If it’s getting to you I would spend an half hour doing a daily plan . Food and exercise with realistic times even sitting on your bed before you get up or in the evening and get ideas from You Tube . Or - treat yourself to say - 6 sessions with a personal trainer telling them you just want guidance , safe personal sensible achievable exercises and then build those into your routine. I think treats that you know aren’t helping then paying for someone might get you on track ? What can you think is getting you nowhere ?
