Slimming world last night and I've lost 1/2 llb, at least it's a loss the lady at the weight in said. As I remember from Slimming world before mine always went down in little amounts so I'll expect that again also I remember mine seem to alter more over a fortnight than weekly

The Weigh In and Daily diary are good places to start and get to know people. Pop over and post your start weight and some information about your self on the Weigh In and Daily diary is good for meal ideas and posting your meal plans.

Join in as much as possible an you will get lots of support. If you have any questions just ask.

I’ve been doing slimming world for nearly 3 years! I lost 2st 7lb after a year and have maintained for two years - the secret is keep going - be inspired by your consultant and fellow members! When you get to target still go to class - it’s changed my life!!

Making a start is the hardest part . Get into a routine and can see you doing well . Saw some of their frozen meals and wasn’t impressed but their from scratch recipes were better . It is also the support from a group which is helpful .
