I had my daughters wedding.was a bit naughty, well quite a lot.back on track now to get more active

Had a bit of luck on lottery so bought an electric treadmill.2nd hand .has daughters seal of approval as it has pulse monitor etc .have now managed 15 mins a day at speed 3 so I am hopeful that I will be steadier on legs that have been confined to home shielding.3rd covid jab has been offered by rheumatologist .due next month.not too much more weight to lose but I feel the need to get rid of prediabetes threat

Hi Maggie, as befor, you'll find everything you need in Pinned Posts. Maybe you'll join a weekly weigh in and use the daily diary, as that's where you'll get the best support and ideas.

I'll remind you of the information you were given about pre-diabetes when you rejoined in July. Here's your post and the replies healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Please be patient some of us old folk struggle to find things like pinned posts etc.if we feel confused we are likely to let go of the help we need too.Right now is difficult time for me following the sudden loss of a brother.I truly am sorry I cannot concentrate on your protocol.

Hi Maggiemaynot43,

You have to be able to have some times to be naughty, you are back on track now with your treadmill so away you go.

Good luck

Gary
