So, it's been a while since I posted or joined in with the Wednesday Warriors. Had a health scare (heart issue) and am now recovering from it. Instead of just reading everyone's posts and success stories I now have to make it my success. Starting with a 4lb weight loss this week. Help to stick to a programme would be much appreciated. Hoping to re-join the Warriors next week with another positive weight loss!

I’m sorry you’ve had such a scare but hoping it will be a catalyst for improving health 😊

I shall award your 4lbs badge to reflect your excellent start
