Thanks to great support on here I managed get to goal. 9st 10lb. Sadly following a holiday and a couple of major family events I have slipped into old habits. Buying sweets and chocolate and eating crazy amounts all at once. Result have put on 6lbs. I find posting here is a great motivator so here we go again. Next holiday 24th jUly so a month to get rid of 6lbs and hopefully a few more pounds. Thanks for all support.

It's so easily done, Rossie, but you're nipping things in the bud and I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time :)

It's frustrating when that happens, but at least you've caught it early. I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting rid of it now that you know what to do! :)

Thanks rosie15. I know it is so daft after all the effort but chocolate is my downfall LOL.

I know what you mean, baked good (cookies, cake, pastries, etc.) always get me. The only way for me to not eat them constantly is to not keep them in the house! :)

Have you tried dried apricots? I'm not a massive fan of sweet things but do like the odd treat. swap things like chocolate for yoghurt coated apricots or raisins anything the possibilities are endless! Also if you like crisp (I'm a sucker for them) courgette crisps are great!!! easy to make and honestly so good and a fraction of the calorie intake of a normal packet.

One last thing, if your a fan of ice cream, check out pintrest banana ice cream (so simple and tastes great!) Good look with the 6 pounds! you did it once be your own inspiration!

You Got This!!!

Well done on facing up to it. You know where you slipped back into old habits and you called a halt to it at 6 pounds. So well done. You've less than a half stone to go and that's doable one pound at a time. I hope you had fun on hols and enjoyed the family events. That's what life is all about!!

Not what you're looking for?
