Back on track!

Having had a period of overeating the scales showed it and I had gone up 9lbs in 10 days. Motivation was lost - but thanks to people on here, the support abd advice was there.

I started on week 3 last Tuesday and am pleased to say 8lbs has gone this week. I've stuck to around 1400 calories a day, done more than 150 mins of walking and the weight from the overeating immediately came off - shows how I was overeating consistently during the 10 days.

Now I am only 1lb heavier than week 2 weight, waist measurement is now the same, so I am back on track. From my starting weight, 3lbs lost at today's weigh in and 3 1/2 inches from the waist). I've a long way to go still - 3 stone 5 lbs will put me at the top end of the BMI ok range.

I've an engagement party and christening to go to this summer, and my Son's wedding in summer 2014, so I have the goals to aim for.

Reading other people's stories on here is so motivational, and the advice that is given to each other. This time, the weight WILL come off and more importantly, STAY OFF!

Good luck to everyone this week.

Goodness me - really well done. It just goes to show what we can do when we put our minds to it. I am convinced if you whip it off as quick as you put it on- it doesnt stabilise. So well done for keeping the focus and i look fwd to your next blog.

Happy weight loss this week. :-)
