I followed the NHS 12 week plan back in 2019, I completed it and kept restarting. In totally I lost 3 stone July to Sept.
Last year was however not my year and I ended up putting it all back on. So here I am back again, I started last week and lost 1lb and a few CM at yesterday’s weight in.
Would love to lose 5-7st all together so I’m in this for the long hall and have paired it with C25K.
Got to get that graph down again!

As always we find that participation is the key to success. The Daily Diary and the weekly Weigh In are very good places to begin.
May I suggest that you set yourself smaller goals 1-2 lbs a week is far more achievable than looking at 5-7 stone.
Good luck 🍀
