Last year i started the nhs 12 week programme and at the end i lost 2.5 stone. Unfortunately this week in time frame of 3 days a button popped off a pair of jeans and then managed to split another pair. Realised ive let myself go again thought id weigh myself and to my shock i had put back on just short of the 2 stone back on. Feeling very disappointed with myself i am restarting at week one and getting back on track by heading of to the gym this morning. So my starting weight is 11st 13 and at 5ft 2 i have a bmi of 30.5.

Starting again!
Welcome back!
I got a similar wake up call last week. I don't have as much to lose as you but have always lost and gained and lost and gained. This time I am determined to lose and then weigh in weekly for life. Probably like me you got to a place where you were happy with your weight and rewarded yourself by going straight back to your old habits.
Well done for losing before, you can do it again but like me you now need to commit to weekly weigh ins so that you can take action when it's a few pounds gained rather than a couple of stones.
I am here if you want to chat. Join us for next mondays weigh in.
Good luck
The most important thing is that you have restarted before putting all the lost weight back on. There's no shame in going back to a system that you know works. I saw on a fb page that as long as you are doing something, you are laps ahead of those on the couch doing nothing.
Good luck, I've put back on the half stone I lost a few weeks back, so am now back to needing to lose 4st. I know that feeling of being angry with yourself, lets use it to get back to a healthy BMI and a sense of achievement (and smugness, I will be lol)
Nice to see you're determined to get your weight down again. You CAN do it
You have done it once you will definitely be able to do it again. Woohoo for the new start.
Have a fantastic week.
