I have had underactive thyroid for 12yrs and in this time it has never been stable for more than 5 weeks - weight loss is really difficult any tips or diets that may work - my thyroid fluctuates between 5 and 88
Please help I’m newly single and would like to get back to dating but feel that no one would be interested in a fat flabby me !!

Hello. It sounds like you would, if possible like to get your thyroid function improved. Have you looked at Thyroid UK? Maybe a post there would get you some input from those who understand more about thyroid. You seem to be a woman with a plan, so good luck to you, turning your life in a new direction. 🙂
Your last post on the TUK forum 2 years ago shows that your Vit D, B12 and folate levels were all low and you were advised to address those issues. Did you do that? Have you tried going gluten/dairy free?
I would suggest you try posting your most recent blood test again and see what the experts say now, because until you get all things thyroid sorted, you will continue to find weight loss really difficult.
