I decided to write this post to reach out and help as many women as possible.
I believe the best way to weight loss is achieved through hardwork for example exercise and also eating the right foods.
We all have cheat days - that's OK. But what is important is to develop good habits that you can use in your everyday life.
You need a routine in order to achieve sustainable weight loss. If we leave it down to our feelings. Then we will never "feel like" eating healthy. We would never "feel like" exercising or going to the gym or playing sport or walking or cycling.
I think we need to develop a strong routine and check in with each other on this community site in order to make sure that we are all held accountable for our actions.
Good habits are getting up at the same time each day. Starting your day off with a walk around your local park and sticking to it. Coming home and cooking a healthy breakfast. The NHS have plenty of great 5 a day tips for us all to use - including breakfast, lunch & dinner! Exercise for the day is done. Get dressed and go to work. When you exercise your body release endorphins, which increase how happy we feel.
These are all healthy habits and a great way to start your day. Think about how you start your day. Do you give yourself me time? Do you do any exercise with your family? If not, why not start walking or getting the family to support you by going on bike rides. Moving the body is so important for cardio vascular fitness, good heart and lung efficiency and development of neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.
Good luck! Let's stick together
