Hi everyone! :) I was wondering if any of you could recommend an app that would recommend healthy brand/option of food to buy. Like when you choosing a yogurt, which are healthy??

Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome, Paula_sim :)

I would say the best food choices are real food, home cooked, avoiding anything labelled low fat or diet or light as they're all heavily processed. That applies to yoghurt, too; any low fat ones will have added sugar to make them palatable. I go for full fat Greek yoghurt: I'm happy with supermarket own brands, mostly around 10% fat. If you think I'm bonkers, I'll give you a couple of things to read.

This formum has loads of information and support, and a good way of getting involved is by joining a weekly weigh in and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans. You'll find them, and everything else to make the most of the forum, in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Being active around the forum can give you a real boost so I hope to see you on one of the weigh ins over the weekend :)
