I'm off to a work colleagues 50th birthday party tonight and I'm feeling a tad apprehensive about all the party food that will be tempting me! As much as I'm trying to mentally prepare myself now, it's so much harder when temptation is right in front of you!
I'm going to have a light healthy supper before we go and hope they have a few healthier foods on offer.
