Hello and happy New year to everyone !
I am restarting after gaining a stone of the stone and a half that I lost last year 😕 I will rejoin the Monday weigh in. I am aiming to try to avoid going too low on the calories (which I do every time I try to lose weight) and therefore get into a vicious circle of easily gaining weight when I ease up on the diet.
