Ok so I am restarting today pick and mix sweets have pacified me last few days. But am sat thinking today is a new day and month for smart targets 1-2lb a week will take me to maybe under a stone or just over depending on my losses.
As a fe who saw recent posts I am on slim fast it has worked but felt under weather since Monday (weigh day) non covid illness just seasonal cold as per this time of year. But to have a healthy immune system to kick my cold I need a healthy lifestyle. And with covid in my area getting higher each day I wanna try and have a fighting chance. Plus my partner was type 2 diabetic now pre diabetic and if he can do this I can. Fresh month and outlook on life. A lot of people are doing sober for October and me am doing my own stoptober. Stop finding excuses, stop allowing negative things and people boggle at me and convert rate on me and not what others say or think.

Good morning and I’m pleased you’re feeling a little better 😊.
My advice, and I apologise if it’s been said before, but use the forum. We have lots going on as you can see from Pinned Posts, including the Autumn Challenge and Fit is Fun Club. With all the fear about COVID regular aerobic exercise, (minimum 20 minutes a day being slightly out of breath) seems like a very good place to start to improve your Cardio-vascular health.
Well I’d use the full website, which you can still do on a mobile, then you’ll really get the benefit of the forum. Otherwise it’s a question of scrolling down the newsfeed until you find a post you wish to reply to.
As a peer to peer support group the best benefit comes from chatting to others 😊
Hi Slimfastgirl. I've tried every diet under the sun before now, and can honestly say that I'm now doing much better by not using diet products. Gone back to a muck more enjoyable life of real food without having to count calories or weigh portions. TheAwfulToad has just given us a great four week starter plan for those new to LCHF and Lytham has a support group running for those wanting to try it. It may be worth your while taking a look at it.
