Hello everyone been fairly busy having appointments at hospital. So at last I have a date for my hysterectomy on the 21st November. Sticking to my diet as I started my weight lose journey at 119.07 which I think was around 265lb.

I am now down to 95.3 which is around 209.6lb so onwards with my life changes.

I must admit I have struggled with my changes as they more or less happened in one swoop. I gave up smoking ready for when I had my bariactric surgery just started my eighth month of smoke free. I found out I had a large overian cyst in June 2018 and it has got larger in size over time but not long now, then it will be gone. Then back to work when I have recovered.
