For about 16 years now I have been struggling to lose weight. I am a typical yo-yo dieter, which is where I lose a bit of weight and then I start eating again and put it all back on again plus more. I'm my own worst enemy but I figure enough is enough now. I have to change now as I hate the way my body looks and I want to be fit and healthy for my family. I hope everyone is well xxx

Possible that quite a few of us are YoYo dieters I know I am,hopefully was a yoyo. I am of the opinion that this site is the best place to break the cycle, there is just so much support and advice. And you can have fun chatting to others in the same boat whilst you do it.
Hi Allison I've been a yoyo~er too and it's so demoralizing, but I think we've come to the right place! Everyone seems so friendly and welcoming and with all the different eating plans going on, there's plenty of advise and support. Good luck on your journey! We've got this! 💪
