I feel like my mood really controls my food intake. When I’m happy I eat, when I feel low I eat when I’m bored I eat .
Maybe I might be one of those people that will stay the same weight. I have around 82/85kg since last year summer.
My goal is to be 64kg
I’ve signed up to slimming world which is great but I still sometimes find myself bing eating 😭

I found cutting the carbs helped me stop the cravings and the bingeing.
