morning fatfrank, eating can often be connected to emotions, bad and good. mine was eating in the evenings as a habit I craved food. id be good all day and crash every evening. its not stress eating as you've said but I took the first step of being aware of eating and changed my food to fruit and healthier options then slowly cut down and retrained my brain. youl get lots of advice and help on this forum and there will be plenty of people who relate to stress eating. good luck

I think alot people can relate to stress eating. Maybe distract yourself with a bath, book, walk etc. Therapeutic diary, writing down triggers points. Good luck.
