Good morning 5’ 5” dieting for a month. Weighing myself on 1 & 15 of month. So hopefully tomorrow they’ll be a dip. Last time 12.7 stone. Didn’t weigh myself the first time too scared🤭

Thanks for the luck. Managed to tame my crisp fetish so hopefully with healthy eating and exercise will manage to shed the extra load. I also have an under active thyroid so have to try twice as hard it’ll be worth it in the end 👍

My advice would be to join the Friday weigh-in and log your stats. It's OK to weigh-in fortnightly, if you wish. I would also reconsider dieting, as they tend to have a beginning and an end and are not very successful. Far better to embark on a healthier lifestyle, which will be sustainable.
