Last week 12.7st, this week 12.7st ! Ok so maintained. It's that time of month so to be expected. Feeling healthy though and keeping up lots of walking so all good. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Hey Juliette....well done you...Have you ever guesstimated what you would weigh if you hadn't started on this journey? When I did it it was frightening as I was increasing by about a pound a month!

Well done for maintaining Juliet as that's an achievement in itself. I wish I was at 12.5 stone! You will probably find that if you are healthy this week too then you might find a really nice loss at the end of next week. Good luck.

Thanks Emjkitty yes thinking positive and you know when your body is feeling good so not too disappointed. Would like to get back to the 11's so hoping for a loss again next week ☺

Great that you're feeling healthy, and that you're keeping up lots of walking. I think the weather is going to be fine for the weekend, so hopefully you can enjoy some great weather.

Congratulations on maintaining your weight - despite your time of the month. I think that's an achievement.

Minced ginger may be your best friend?! Cures bloating and aches time of the month cramps.

Put a heaped teaspoon in boiling water, strain, place in another cup and drink, handy for tooth ache and general stomach upsets too.

I expect you've lost weight, good luck for next week. Xx
