Yeah I'm not even sure I want to put it here, but here it is. 23 stone 5.
I made a big effort to eat better, and it was working for a while, I could literally feel my jeans fitting better, I went for more walks, taking my friends dog about a mile 3 times a week and just walking for the sake of it for more things, and I started to feel better.
Then I just.... forgot, at least that's what it feels like. I didn't think I just agreed to takeaways with friends and loads of snacks again. Tonight I feel terrible because I ate a pizza meant for about 2 people and I can't even muster the energy to get up from my desk because I'm so bloated. I've even had popcorn and ice cream despite being full.
So 7 pounds in about a month!
It's my birthday at the end of the month and I want to be able to fit in a shirt I like when I go out, so that's my motivation this month. I did well for a while, just need to keep back at it!
