Hi yesterday's weigh-in at SW I was 5.5lbs lighter than the last time I was there three weeks ago. That was good news, however I am 3lbs heavier then the last time I weighed myself. Oh blast!
I have just finished cooking a stir fry using the frylight. It smells enticing...

Are you weighing yourself on your own and SW scales as there will be a difference in the scales so if I was you I would choose one set of scales and keep to them.
I always use frylight, hope you enjoy your stir fry.
That a good idea over wise you will not know if you have lost or gained with the difference between the 2 scales. At least you still had a good loss of 2.5lbs which is brilliant.
Hi Fatpanther it is best to stick to one pair of scales it saves the trauma and disappointment. I weigh myself at home on digital scales and even place them in the same place in the bathroom to use them. There is nothing more frustrating in sticking to your healthy eating and thinking that you haven't lost as much.
That is so true. I am my own worst enemy though. The more I think weight loss the bigger my cravings are. I fancied cake last week so I bought fruit. On Saturday I overslept and everything was behind time so I skipped lunch. Come evening when I realised it was too late too cook I craved a kebab. I don't usually eat them as I hate lamb. I bought a small one and ate half. So that's where I messed up. I am such a plonk.
