A friend of mine told me to eat slowly. Well I ate my lunch slow it is mid afternoon and I am still feeling full. No sugar attacks to fight off.

I have a hypnosis app that has tips for mindful eating
Eat slowly is one of them - they say to chew each mouthful 30times and place your cutlery down inbetween
Also not to watch tv or other activities that distract you from what youre eating
Should you feel hungry throughout the day, to take a drink of water as quite often we are thirsty rather than hungry
I find doing these help me and i do better when trying to lose weight
