Only 1lb again this week. Have resigned myself to losing very little very slowly..........annoying though 😬

Well done for that loss, just think by Xmas you will have lost nearly a stone and that will make a massive difference.

Don't worry though Tinks - if you lose it slow and steady it is much more likely to stay gone - and you are probably eating in a healthy sustainable way, which means you'll stick with it :-)

I'd be happy with a lb, slow and steady wins the race! As we adapt to healthier eating it tends to slow down.

It's can definitely be frustrating when you feel like you have made massive changes to your diet but are not seeing a massive loss all the time.

It took time to get this big and it will take time to slim down. Thats the hard, frustrating, boring truth of it.

It sucks but hey - better we move in the direction of a slimmer us than a fatter us right?

Hi Tinkerbell - me too a pound a week on average for the last 20 weeks - very slow but weirdly reliable. I still have four stone to lose I thought I may as well settle in and enjoy myself - lovely food, brilliant exercise and all you lovely people to post with. PS try measuring waist, hips, bust, wrist, ankle and neck because the inches seem to come off in a different way to the pounds.
