I feel rather pleased with myself today. I`m a terrible picker and will eat any food left out! Last night there was a piece of bacon all crispy and yummy left after cooking, I gave it the evil eye and threw it in the bin! I hate waste but this is a serious attempt to carry on losing weight....... Bacon 0.....Kim 1

Well done - That's serious temptation!
I'm the same - "waste not, want not" was drilled into me. I've only really managed a) leaving food on my plate if I'm full (OK, not very much I admit) and b) throwing food away very recently. But bacon..........
Left over bacon mmmmm. I didn't manage to get mine into the bin last week. But I did manage to get it into the fridge and use it to garnish my salad for lunch the following day. I thought that was an acceptable compromise, but you have smashed it out of the park in comparison. Well done. Just off to give myself a stern talking to!
