Spicy food - well you are open to many a good, healthy meal there!
if you love rice - have you changed to brown rice? It's healthier and tastier for me. One of the 1st changes i made as i love curries and rice myself.
Using coconut oil when cooking rice and then cooling / reheating is also meant to lower the calories in it. Not sure if this is true but i've read a few articles on it and also do my rice like this now. It also adds flavour and is better than staple white rice.
And cheaper than packet rice!
There is always another weigh-in, one every day!
