Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance. Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.
Below the Pinned posts are the Topics where members share a range of weight related subjects.
Have a look at the Daily Diary which you can find on the Home page in Events. It is where all the members are sharing their daily plans on what they are eating and any exercise they are doing. This thread will give you some ideas on how to start.

To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.
You don't seem to be eating any protein in the food you list. Although fruit is good for you just a large bowl of fruit at lunch is not a good idea as this will spike your blood sugar and then when your blood sugar drops you will feel the need to eat again.
Have you looked at the 12 week diet plan on this site ?
Protein, e.g. Eggs, chicken, beef, lamb, duck, fish will make you feel fuller longer.
Beans, green vegetables nuts and chickpeas will provide fibre
Could your Gp assist with your diet plan?
Any diet book by Dr Michael Moseley will provide information as to which foods to eat to low weight healthily. You can buy them on Amazon or kindle and your local library may have them too
Hi there Ringo711, as pcrw has said, you appear to be trying too hard. We would all love to lose weight quickly, but our bodies will rebel if we try! Eating the right amount of the right stuff is 100% the way to go. So find the right amount of calories for you by starting with an online calculator, there should be a link to the NHS one in your welcome post. This will give you a range of calories and it may take a little trial and error to find where is right for you in the range. Start at the higher end and work back from there. pcrw is also spot on about the balance of your meals, it looks too carby and sugary to me (fruit can have a lot of natural sugar and some cereals are bad too) . Take a look at all the stuff on here about insulin and leptin, it really opened my eyes.
The good news is that you clearly have the motivation and attitude to succeed and if you use this to make small changes to your diet you will be losing weight in no time. Finding motivation is by far the hardest part and you have cracked that.
I do agree with pcrw and james40Cheshire also you do need to check out your calories on the NHS bmi calculator because they give personal amounts for each person but other sites tend to only give average amounts for women and another average amount for men. I never used to eat enough calories myself and my body thought I was starving it and turned everything I ate into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it stops me from losing weight and sometimes puts weight on instead. Please don't make this same mistake as I did this for years and always struggled with losing weight. Good luck with your journey.
