Hello, first time on any chat room and I'm hoping this NHS Weight Loss can help, as I'm at my wits end. After suffering 2 heart attacks and having Insulin dependent Type 2 Diabetes, I'm stuck at 13 1/2 stone and just can't seem to shift it.

hi! welcome! this is the best place to be and you have come at the right moment! that moment is now. the first thing is to read all of the admin's advice, she is the bomb! also, I recommend ridding your house of trigger foods like sugar, carbs such as that. I eat on a smaller plate which sounds silly but it works for me. break your wanted loss up into small bits, I try to lose a pound or possibly two a week instead of looking at the big picture which is really big. I need to lose like 85 pounds but if I look at it like that I get overwhelmed. post here and read here and hang out with us and you can do this!
