Brand new on here! I have dramatically put on a lot of weight over the past few months and am now looking to shift it all and be back to a healthy weight as well as maintain it! Have tried slimming world, down to juice plus and had no such luck with any of them. Hoping that going back to basics and following a plan/routine will help

Hi simoneroach25 and welcome. Sounds like your weight gain has been recent so you may be able to pinpoint where the challenges are for you (portion size, snacking, refined carbs or whatever...) and develop a plan to bring about the change you want
