Trying to lose weight and keept it off. Ive managed to lose 10kg over 3 months in the past by doing summer workouts and diets but I keep putting it back on. Im pushing 30 I hear that its much harder to lose weight once you hit 30. Please advice. Thanks

You can make food your friend by planning (and if possible, preparing) your meals in advance, and choosing menus you really like. If you have planned, you are less likely to grab the first easy thing to stuff in your mouth, and if you have prepared something healthy in advance, you know it’s something you are going to enjoy.
