Advice and tips on where and how to start weight loss

Hi Guys,

i am new on the group, i am 141 pounds and would like to be at 130 pounds or less. I am currently learning to count calories and adjust my diet, any tips on how to measure correctly, eat less carbs, feeling hungry often. The thing is i spend more time researching and reading about calorie deficit(a bit obsessed lately)..i just need tips on how too begin and push forward :) thank you.

Hello and a very warm welcome to the Weight Loss Forum PrettyBK 😊

Nice description about the importance of food quality, not just calories from StillConcerned, and my own discovery has been similar, I feel full for longer and therefore eat less if I eat lots of vegetables, some protein, a little good healthy fat and stay away from sweet things.
