i am new on the group, i am 141 pounds and would like to be at 130 pounds or less. I am currently learning to count calories and adjust my diet, any tips on how to measure correctly, eat less carbs, feeling hungry often. The thing is i spend more time researching and reading about calorie deficit(a bit obsessed lately)..i just need tips on how too begin and push forward thank you.

Nice description about the importance of food quality, not just calories from StillConcerned, and my own discovery has been similar, I feel full for longer and therefore eat less if I eat lots of vegetables, some protein, a little good healthy fat and stay away from sweet things.
