Welcome back
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link
I've also given you an extra badge, to serve as a reminder for your progress. - your 1 stone badge is still there, just hover over the week one badge and you will see it
No question is silly Go back to the original post - click the down arrow and hit edit - then scroll down to the grey box and there should be a wee x click that to remove it
congratulations on making the decision you need to bite the bullet- someone from the administrators will be in contact but they will probably invite you to join the Newbie Club to help support you though the forum and meet others who are totally new but also are returning to the forum after a break. It may be worth considering what weight you would like to go down to- I choose a weight equivalent to a BMI 22 which is slap bang in the healthy range, some just want to get below 25. It may just give you something to aim for, then once you achieve it you can decide whether its a right weight for you, since sometimes you have a target in mind but as you reach it you realise its a step too far (you're too bony) or you could loose a bit more.
I am going to weigh in on Monday as that was my usual day but thought I would get back onto the forum from the 1st of September and try to make sure I don't miss a day as the help and support from everyone on here is so important.
