Morning everyone.. Hope everyone is ok.🙂

Last week was terrible for me I had a massive weight gain and had completely lost the plot .. so Saturday I decided to press the reset button.. I had a good talk to myself to put my head back in gear..

Week it’s worked

Last weeks weight

16 stone 5lb

This weeks weight

15 stone 10 1/2 lb

Total loss this week is 8 1/2 lb...

I feel on top of the world ...😀😀

Amazing. In a month's time you will have disappeared 😂

Well done, just what you need to get out of the doldrums.

Don't be disappointed when it slows to a more sustainable rate.

Did you mean to post this to the Saturday weigh in, fizz1987? This will help you find it healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

If you have to fill out a format and give a header (Buzzing after last week's reset) you have clicked on Write and are creating a new forum post, rather than joining in with a forum activity. Once you get there, please take a few minutes to give some encouraging words to at least 3 other posters. They're a great team and you'll soon feel a part of it :)

Good to hear you've sorted out a plan for yourself. Why not share your meal plans on the Daily Diary?

Oh sorry .. I’m still finding my feet around this site .. 😳

If you could come here regularly - maybe get into the habit of using the Daily Diary - you'd get the hang of it, I'm sure.

The main thing to remember is that point about if you're filling out a form and creating a heading, you're not joining in with the weigh in, or wherever you're aiming for. It's up and running so I hope you'll head over there for the great team support.

Well done amazing weight loss 🌸

I did thanks Jeff .. I’ve had quite a bad year this year I lost my mum in February.. and I had been doing so well with my weight loss .. then we got the shut down and I think I just lost the plot .. I couldn’t exercise and I ate everything I. It’s caused me to gain nearly 2 stone .. but

June 1st start of a new month .. thought there is only me who can lose MY weight .. so I had a good talk to myself .. 🤞it seems to be working .. I exercise daily and now have regular meals (no snacks)!and don’t eat after 6 and it seem to be working so far 🤞

That's brill look to the positives. If you're exercising every day only good will come from it. That will make you feel better and lift your mood. I think I am going to drift towards an LCHF diet. I have been told I'm not eating enough and I'm useless at calorie counting. Please don't beat yourself up about you weight and appearance. You've taken big knocks in your life so it's bound to effect you. Look to the future now. You already know how good you can feel when you succeed in reducing your weight. You've done it once you can do it again.Listen to me !! I've put over two stone on. I've lost nine pounds now though and already my trousers feel better round my waist. I'm cycling again and definitely noticing a difference in my fitness. We will both arrive there fizz19887 and enjoy the journey rather than seeing it as a task or some sort of denying yourself things 👍🚴🏻

Hi fizz1987 I’m so pleased to here your weight loss well done you🌸

Great restart fizzy1987

I know exactly what you mean, it has indeed been a rough start to 2020!

We moved house 21st feb knowing we need an extension on new home, then lockdown so no progress. Very depressing ate and drank myself stupid like you even when I knew I didn’t want it, now over a stone heavier, got back on track this Monday no sugar sweet stuff no alcoholic beverages I don’t know if I have lost any lb’s as scared of scales🤣 but clothes feeling more comfy, also still feeling positive after 5 days 😃

So here’s hoping.........
