Hi everyone. I just got back from 3 weeks in Spain. Had a great time. I weighed in at slimming world thus morning and lost another 3 and 1/2 pounds. Now a total weight loss of 6 stone 1 lb. So now I am only 1 stone from my target weight. Well happy with that

You seem to be so successful. Could you tell

what you eat on a typical day and do you exercise?

Hi focused1. Today's foodBrekkie 2 boiled eggs and an orange

Snacks apples or bananas

Lunch

Gammon ham. Fat removed mixed salad low fat mayo

Dinner

Roast chicken skin removed

Air fried roasties in 1 cal fry light. Asparagus tips carrots cabbage with bisto gravy. Desert. Home made turin.

So plenty really. If I get hungry or peckish I get a tin of chicken peas. Wash and dry well. Cover in salt and pepper and fry light and airfry for 20mins. Leave to go cold and they are similar to dry roasted peanuts. Or I have fruit. But I rarely feel hungry.

I also do a lot of walking or swimming. Cant do gym etc coz of my arthritic knees

Sounds lovely and no starvation. Loving the chickpeas . Haven’t an airfryer yet but such an idea for the variety it brings . Thank you and well done on eating sensible foods which can be followed by all .

This was my dessert. Berry terrine. Made with sugar fee crystal jelly. Fresh raspberries blackberries and strawberries and leaf gelatin to set.

Very impressive to have lost weight during your holiday. Seems you were not as tempted by icecream and sangria as the rest of us 😄

O I was. Trust me. Had pizza cake ice cream and a few of drinks. Cant drink to much coz of stomach issues. Can only have 1 at a time or it gives me serious issues. But also did a lot of swimming in the pool or the sea. But tbh. Most days I was pretty good and ate healthy. I was expecting to gain. So was well pleased I lost 3 and 1/2 lbs

Congratulations! It just goes to show that a holiday doesn't have to be a complete blow out or ruin your goals!!! Hope Spain was fun, I spend a lot of time there myself ;)
