I'm back ...and now I nearly earned my 2 stone.... I'm now 11 st 0 lbs YAy!!!.and one to go to 10 stone but 1 lb till the 2 stone loss I hope the specialist at hospital but happy.

If she says anything negative ..( I scream) quietly to my self.

Oh I go to a gym and start next WK 3 days.because at the moment I'm on program called re balance part of NHS suggestion. I'm not giving up 0)
