So, I laughed at it when I first saw it! But I am going to give it a go as I am so busy at the moment I am struggling to fit longer workouts into my day!
Here is a link to the videos if you don't have Sky Sports, they are on YouTube too.
There seem to be 18 x 5 minute workouts on Sky.
Anyone going to join me? 🏃🏼♀️

Your energy and enthusiasm are inspiring! I'm a bit busy at the mo, but will definitely be having a look later
Welcome to the forum, go to the Pinned Posts section to the right of your screen (bottom if you're using a mobile) and take a look at the Welcome Newbie thread. We run daily weigh-in sessions and you would be very welcome to join, on any day, except Sunday. The thread can be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom if using a mobile.
Download the 12 week plan, if that's something that appeals to you and don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
Wishing you all the very best with your weight loss journey
I love encouraging others, the best way to create a positive environment is to bounce off each other (not literally!). I run a lot of Facebook pages as I do website design - one is a healthy eating one so I will copy some of the good stuff across.
I won't be posting any of my own links. I have no interest in attracting any work!
The only reason I mentioned website and Facebook was because I had considered offering to help you in any way I can with the group - I am pretty busy trying to catch up on everything I have fallen behind on this year (including my own health!) as I lost my mum in March - so 2016 was a write off for me. But I need to get back into it all and being here helps me too in focussing back on my cooking (I cooked for mum over the years she was ill as she was type 1 diabetic, so I learned so much about stabilising blood sugar levels!) I stopped cooking when my mum passed and have found it hard to start again.
Hey been doing fit in 5 on n off since January but my husband has been sticking to it regularly and can see a noticeable difference although he's also going to gym 1/2 times a week. I work part time n run around after our toddler so find it more of a struggle to fit in exercise. Have you seen any benefits from doing it?
