Hi, for all you newcomers or for those who need encouragement, I am on day 5 of my first week and I think its going ok. Im doing a mixture of low carb and calorie counting. I just hope on Monday I see some results. Its so hard not weighing myself in between weigh in's but I don't want to get obsessed as I have been before. Perhaps if I don't lose a lot I might not be so good at not weighing, but we will see. I found this site so encouraging and helpful I couldn't do it without looking a posts on here.
