Week 1 - This week I aim to...

Earlier in the week, I posted about a new idea to set a weekly goal towards a healthier lifestyle. A few people were interested in joining me, so I'm going to start a weekly post on Sundays to let everyone tell me how they got on and what they want to do next week.

Last week, I started with an aim to drink more water. I managed quite well, drank around 2L a day. I always feel better for drinking lots of water, I had a bit more energy and hope it will have washed away a couple of lbs for tomorrow's weigh in ;)

As well as keeping up with my water drinking, this week I aim to...

... go for a walk every day.

Like yours last week I promise to drink at least 1.5 litres of water each day, at the moment I am under this. Let's hope that warm weather is going to arrive to encourage me to drink more. 👍

If walking is too hard, you can set yourself a different aim this week. I am posting mine to give examples, but it's just an open challenge.

Thanks! You don't have to copy mine, I know what works for me won't work for all, feel free to do just 1 or to set your own!

Thank you Cooper27, but yours seem achievable for me I hope you don't mind my copying, as well as drinking water, I aim to do a minimum of 4000 steps a day for this week. There done can't go back now. 😀

I did nearly 8000 steps yesterday so that's a start. Going away for a couple of days with granddaughters to Ironbridge so there should be lots of walking there 🏃🏃

I aim to drink more water, cut out milk products and limit carbs. More exercise hopefully lose 1-2lb by the end of the week.. I'm down 16lbs only 14 more till i hit my goal weight

Wow, you're hitting it hard! I am taking little baby steps myself (on top of following the 12 week plan), I really admire your motivation!

Hi Cooper 27.I wanted to drink more water last week however it did not really happen.So for me it's to drink 1.5 litres per day and drink it this time.

Mine is not to go to pot at weekends. I'll start with Saturday this week and hope that Sunday will follow.

Good luck take one day at a time and maybe aim to do everyday but set a personal goal say 3 or 4 per week and build it up to every day.
