Earlier in the week, I posted about a new idea to set a weekly goal towards a healthier lifestyle. A few people were interested in joining me, so I'm going to start a weekly post on Sundays to let everyone tell me how they got on and what they want to do next week.
Last week, I started with an aim to drink more water. I managed quite well, drank around 2L a day. I always feel better for drinking lots of water, I had a bit more energy and hope it will have washed away a couple of lbs for tomorrow's weigh in

Like yours last week I promise to drink at least 1.5 litres of water each day, at the moment I am under this. Let's hope that warm weather is going to arrive to encourage me to drink more. 👍
Thank you Cooper27, but yours seem achievable for me I hope you don't mind my copying, as well as drinking water, I aim to do a minimum of 4000 steps a day for this week. There done can't go back now. 😀
I did nearly 8000 steps yesterday so that's a start. Going away for a couple of days with granddaughters to Ironbridge so there should be lots of walking there 🏃🏃
I aim to drink more water, cut out milk products and limit carbs. More exercise hopefully lose 1-2lb by the end of the week.. I'm down 16lbs only 14 more till i hit my goal weight
Hi Cooper 27.I wanted to drink more water last week however it did not really happen.So for me it's to drink 1.5 litres per day and drink it this time.
