Earlier in the week, I posted about a new idea to set a weekly goal towards a healthier lifestyle. A few people were interested in joining me, so I'm going to start a weekly post on Sundays to let everyone tell me how they got on and what they want to do next week.
Last week, I started with an aim to drink more water. I managed quite well, drank around 2L a day. I always feel better for drinking lots of water, I had a bit more energy and hope it will have washed away a couple of lbs for tomorrow's weigh in
