you may have seen my post a few days ago where I lost all hope - I have found the hope now
I know I can do this
im going to start walking more, cutting down on my junk, try new healthy foods, if i eat out make sure i go for the healthier options and im going to cyprus with my boyfriend in summer and this is giving me something to aim for
exactly 3 months away and what a difference can be made in them months
ideally id love to lose 2 stone and i know its possible as my mum lost 4 in 4 months when she joined slimming world
of course I want to make sure I lose the weight safely and have decided that if i walk at least an hour a day for the next 3 months as well as go to the gym at least 3 times a week this will make a big difference
im also starting a new job at my dads place which is in the warehouse which basically is me walking around for 8 hours and is actually quite fun, and i assume this will also help shed the weight

That's brilliant Hidden . Glad to hear you are feeling more positive. We all have down days, everyone on this forum understands. Can I just say, from my experience, healthy eating, cutting calories and portion control are more important than exercise - you can't outrun a bad diet, as they say. Of course exercise is good, but as your mum showed with her success at SW, it's what you eat and how much that really counts.
