I aimed to go for a walk every day, and just about managed it, but I was ill on Wednesday and had to stick to my bed. I didn't go for big long walks, just a case of walking to the shops for lunch and back, or going out for 20mins to the local park, but it reminded me how easy it can be to squeeze a quick burst of exercise in.
And now to this week! This week I aim to....
Stick to my meal plan.
The last few weeks have been anything but normal, and I have been easily led astray when my OH wanted popcorn at the cinema, or even takeaway.... So this week I am going to make a healthy meal plan and stick to it. I do allow a few treats, but I will try to build them in to my plan, so I can learn how to say no again.

Sounds like you've had a good week 😃
For me I managed to stay on track 5 out of 7 days and feeling pleased with that!
For the coming week I plan to stay on track all week and increase my exercise !

Well done on sticking to your pledge despite not feeling well. I hope you are feeling better now?
I enjoyed my holiday with my family a little too much last week and I'm afraid I failed my pledge for last week.
I am home again and ready to get back to it. This week I am going to carry out last weeks goal of 10,000 steps per day. I am also going to up my water intake to at least 1 litre per day.

Went a bit off on Sunday but I did over the weekend I did no a flexibility class and and walk on Saturday plus an extra 6 mile walk on Sunday after spending 4.5 hours in the garden in the morning. I also managed to get to the gym this morning too - bad knee was a bit stiff though!
Not sure about this week. Out to lunch in a while with an ex-colleague, a goodbye BBQ evening and I'm away over the bank holiday.
Perhaps to count to 10 before saying yes to another glass of wine and thinking before I eat anything!
