What does a meal plan look like on the 12 week nhs plan? For example breakfast lunch dinner snacks?

There isn't really a 'sample meal plan' in the NHS 12 week plan, but there are plenty of suggestions for meals around the forum, and we've attempted to collate some of the suggestions from forum members here:

Hope that will give you an idea of some things that people are eating, but it's varied - and of course no food is restricted - so it's very much down to personal preference and what you like.
