where is the 12 week plan to be found

Hello and welcome Wullie2009.

I hope that you have now managed to find the NHS 12 Week Plan. You will find that people here follow a variety of plans to help them lose weight in a healthy way, and we like to support and encourage each other to do this.

I am going to tag you on the Welcome Newbies post, which will give you lots of assistance on how to use this Forum and find your way around, as well as giving you links to helpful information. Do join in with the chat and events on the Forum as this is the best way to become involved and be encouraged.

no, I hadn't had any luck earlier

I can only spend a certain amount of time looking for it and no more time left today

it is obviously my fault but I do not understand why it is so difficult to find

I have tried on several other occasions as well

I would like to thank Happy-Cat for a link that took me there

at least now I will have a chance when I log on tomorrow

will follow up as well with Lytham
